Programme details for all dates appear below.


General Information:

Concert tickets are £20. We offer a meal, provided by Albion Catering, in between the two concerts.  This is priced at £20 and includes a glass of wine or fruit juice.  We ask that patrons bring any additional beverages they  may require.  You are welcome to bring your own picnic if you prefer to eat ‘al fresco’ in the nut orchards.  A covered area will be provided in case of inclement weather.   Please contact Catherine Robinson (07971 259658) for tickets, or preferably  e-mail: cath.rob@tiscali.co.uk.

By popular demand, Gordon Fergus Thompson will be coming to Hurstwood Farm on 17th July.

 

Gordon's Programme for 17th July:

Barcarolle  Op. 60                    Chopin

Kreisleriana Op, 16                  Schumann

3 Intermezzos  Op, 117            Brahms

Sonata No 3 in F sharp minor

Op. 23                                    Scriabin

The 5pm  concert on 17th July will be performed by Aisa Ijiri. 
Aisa's programme will be available shortly.

 

ADDITIONAL CONCERT - 14th August

We will welcome Ching-Yun Hu at 5pm, and are delighted to announce a performance by Benjamin Frith at 8pm on 14th August.   Ching-Yun will perform a programme of Chopin, and will also be playing the Rachmaninov 2nd Sonata. 


Benjamin Frith's proposed programme is as follows:

Beethoven. Sonata op. 22 in b flat.
Schumann. Kinderscenen. Op 15.
Busoni. Chamber fantasy on Bizets carmen.
(Interval)
Shumann. Carnaval op 9
