This piano has been totally renovated under the Phoenix seal of standard. Every functional or acoustic part subject to wear or deterioration is replaced or renewed to restore the piano to its condition when new.... or better. This include replaced wrest plank and bridge cap. The inside rim and underlid are finished in hard white maple for optimum acoustic response. The paricular pian is one of the finest Model 200's we have encountered in 20 years of handling Bosendorfer pianos. The bass strings are EKA manufacture using the latest pretensioned inner core system.

Bosendorfer Strauss (Model 200 Mahogany 1999) £35850

The ultimate piano for the connoisseur pianist. Superb true Bosendorfer rich warm sound. The pyramid mahogany finish is fantail pattern and would grace any stately home. The current new RRP for this piano is £51,000. This piano which came from a private home in the West Midlands has been so little played that the hammers are barely imprinted with string marks. The action is indistinguishable from new and perfectly regulated.

Bsendorfer (Johann Strauss style Model 200) £35454

This instrument finished in black polyester with white maple inner rim and under lid was selected for display here because of its fine Bosendorfer sound. It has an unusually powerful upper register.

Boesendorfer with Phoenix agraffe conversion (Bosendorfer-Phoenix 290 Imperial 1972) £47500

This piano has had total rebuild of the case, the soundboard, the wrest plank the strings, the keyboard and the action. The piano is fitted with Phoenix bridge agraffes, adjustable height hitch pins, These modifications offer much longer sustain, more power, greater clarity, greatly increased dynamic range and a uniquely live upper register performance. A similarly equipped piano is on show in our display, for visitors to enjoy, but is not for sale.
